Reliance Home Inspection Services performs all inspections of real property within the prescribed Code of Ethics and Standards of Practice of The National Association of Certified Home Inspectors. (NACHI)
The main objective of the inspection and subsequent report is to provide you with a better understanding of the observed condition of the property you intend to purchase. We caution you that we will not be able to detect all deficiencies or shortcomings with the premises due to the latitude of a visual inspection.
It should also be noted that inspections are principally concerned with the operational aspects of the premises and do not cover matters of a cosmetic or aesthetic nature as these are considered to be subjective.
The inspection is a General Review and is not to be considered a diagnostic process into all conceivable potentialities. The inspection process may reduce your risk in buying a house. An inspection may reveal any repairs that may be initially required.
Reliance Home Inspection Services will not assume your risk associated with purchasing an existing property or with the future performance of the property. The inspection and report is not provided to you as a warranty of present or future conditions and is not an insurance policy of any kind. As such the maximum liability incurred by the Inspector and or Reliance Home Inspection Services for errors and/or omissions shall be limited to the fee paid for the inspection.
THE INSPECTION AND REPORT ARE BETWEEN RELIANCE HOME INSPECTION SERVICES AND THE CLIENT NAMED HEREIN. THE CLIENT AGREES TO HOLD ANY AND ALL REAL ESTATE AGENTS INVOLVED IN THE PURCHASE OF THE PROPERTY INSPECTED HARMLESS AND KEEP THEM EXONERATED FROM ALL LOSS, DAMAGE, LIABILITY OR EXPENSE OCCASIONED OR CLAIMED BY REASONS OF ACTS OR NEGLECTS OF THE INSPECTOR OR CONTRACTORS ENGAGED OR PAID BY THE INSPECTOR FOR THE PURPOSE OF INSPECTING THE SUBJECT PROPERTY.
Reliance Home Inspection Services will remain available to you by telephone or e-mail, at no further expense, to address your concerns. Our extended service programme is in effect for as long as you live in the house. We will be more than happy to review with you any improvement recommendations that were discussed during the inspection.
Should you experience any problem with the house, you must contact us immediately. We will address your concerns promptly and help you avoid any unnecessary cost associated with the repairs. Upon request, we can revisit the property at no further expense to you.
This mutual contractual obligation is an important part of the process. Please be advised that we cannot provide any assistance nor accept any responsibility for damages once repairs have been effectuated or contracted.
